What to tell Bob

A few details up front let him come back with a straight answer on the first call.

  1. The kind of pool

Vinyl liner, fiberglass or above ground, so Bob knows what he is walking into.

  2. What the pool is doing

Liner wrinkles or fading, a pump or heater that will not run, water that will not hold its level.

  3. The date you have in mind

An opening in the spring, a closing in the fall, or a liner swap before the season starts.

  4. How to reach you

A phone number is the one required field, because Bob calls back to set a time.
